By registering and participating in the LACOE x Micro:bits workshops, I understand that I am agreeing to the following evaluation requirements:

  • Completion of pre-, post-, and follow-up online surveys about teacher characteristics, teacher classroom implementation activities, teacher and student outcomes, and feedback on the pilot training and classroom implementation.

  • Administration of an online student post-assessment with my students who participated in the pilot classroom implementation about student engagement, outcomes, and feedback.

    • All data will be anonymous, it is to help us gain a better understanding of how students feel regarding the use of Micro:bits in the classroom.

  • Participation in a virtual teacher interview (if selected for the interview) about teacher classroom implementation activities, teacher and student outcomes, and feedback on the pilot training and classroom implementation.

Each participant will receive 10 micro:bits, 10 wearables and 20 alligator clips.
